In order to welcome the better and better New Year's Day 2024, Cuihu Park held a series of music activities to open the "sense of ceremony" of the New Year with melodious melodies.

Ethnic folk performances, ethnic customs sing the festival overture. Chinese traditional folk art performances are rich in connotation, showing national culture and charm at the same time, they have both artistic and ornamental value, and can vividly reflect the joyful atmosphere of the festival. On January 1, 2024, the park cooperated with the Kunming Qiuyun Art Troupe to carry out the New Year's Day song and dance performance of "New Year's Kaifeng, Singing Green Lake" in Nieer Square on Southwest Island. Dressed in brightly colored costumes, the artists expressed their praise for the great rivers and mountains and their expectations for a happy life with classic songs and beautiful dances such as "Happy Home", "Soma Flowers Meet You", and "New Era of Songs", as well as traditional art performances such as lanterns, Peking Opera and face changing. The citizens and tourists present were immersed in the sense of festive atmosphere created by the sound of music, and the warm applause and cheers converged into a green lake movement.

Shuiyuexuan Music Salon, moving melodies embellished the lively atmosphere. Music is the clarion call of the new year, expressing everyone's imagination of a better future, and also making the new year full of romance in the sound of music. From December 31, 2023 to January 1, 2024, the fourth phase of the Shuiyuexuan Music Salon in Cuihu Park will be carried out as scheduled. The event invited popular musicians and singers to sing with rhythmic tambourine and melodious guitar supplemented by vocals, and the singing melody became more and more moving in the winter colors. Listeners and friends stopped to listen, and the warm and intimate music atmosphere blended with the festival fireworks to create a unique music time in the Green Lake.
